The Guest Series with Healthy Boy Band & Christian Tschida

Next Sunday 23rd March, Healthy Boy Band are in town to perform “My Hips Don’t Lyle’s” — they are an artistic-performative cooking collective made up of Austrian chefs Lukas Mraz, Philip Rachinger, and Felix Schellhorn.

The Healthy Boy Band encourages improvisation and indeterminacy in their work. They value collaboration and sharing but also respect the history and impact of Viennese cuisine.

We’ll be cooking a Sunday lunch inspired by Austrian and British Sunday traditions, the menu features takes on some classics like germknödel, a seafood goulash, rhubarb strudel and a HBB schnitzel.

The 8-course menu will be £97, including a welcome drink from The Macallan.

Guest Sommelier will be none other than Christian Tschida — a close friend to Lukas, Philipp and Felix and Lyle's ever since we opened our doors. Together with the team at Newcomer Wines he will be pouring his new 2023 bottlings alongside some all-time classics from Burgenland, Austria.
